I’m a 32-year-old Mat and Reformer Pilates content creator based outside Philadelphia. My platform is built on dynamic sculpt training while incorporating the fundamental movement principles of Pilates, where intention meets innovation. Through my platform, I’ve been able to guide individuals on a transformative wellness journey, whether in person or online. It is designed for everyone discovering their inner strength and confidence.
